“Thank you, Emily, for making our big day perfect with so many beautiful photographs. We love the way you naturally captured all the joys, laughter & emotions of a wonderful day. We will definitely be recommending you as our wedding photographer of choice!! Kat & Ben Mason”
Emily Quinton first started taking photographs on her father’s SLR camera at the age of 7 and has been exploring the art ever since.
She believes that photographs are an important record of life which create lasting memories. There is something so special about a photograph that can be treasured forever.
Working as a wedding photography provides Emily with the amazing opportunity to capture one of the most special and important days in people’s lives. It is a day when family and friends come together to celebrate love and happiness. Emily feels that to be a part of these amazing days and to be able to capture the memories forever is a real honour and privilege.
As a portrait photographer Emily aims to create pieces of art with her clients that capture their true personality. She has created a unique style that result in special and creative portraits.
Her passion for photography is currently also inextricably linked with her doctoral research on ornamental plant hunting, which provides her with opportunities to capture the exotic, tropical and unusual. Her photographs enable people to see flora in different ways and can be used as a medium to begin to explore the histories behind the images. Emily is presently creating an ongoing series on limited edition botanical prints.
Emily has had two exhibitions to date and is currently working on a third, which she plans to show at the completion of her PhD thesis.

I wanted to write to say how much we enjoyed our recent photo shoot with
you.The whole experience from start to finish was very professional, yet
also relaxed and friendly too, and the photos are just fantastic. We
have the frames on display at home and they have been much admired.I was amazed that you managed to take so many lovely shots of our son,
especially as he didn’t stay still in one place for very long! We really
appreciated how you managed to work around us, rather than trying to get
a two year old to sit in one place and pose.Thank you for making it so much fun for him and for us, and thanks again
for the beautiful framed pictures – we’re thrilled with them.Sara, Vernon & Samuel
