This week we have seen some beautiful signs of Spring, so I thought I’d share my latest fine art work to celebrate!
All are available as limited edition prints, canvases and cards. Drop me a line if you are interested! And enjoy the Spring x

I am incredibly excited to introduce the first guest post by the lovely Charley from London Bride. I adore her beautiful wedding inspiration blog and am so happy that she will be writing a monthly guest post for Emily Quinton Photography!
Her first mood board is all about Country Casuals. Enjoy and be inspired!
This morning for the first time when my alarm went off at stupid a’clock I wasn’t fuzzy, heavy headed and in deep sleep like I normally am. Why? Well Mr Sun was seeping his gentle rays through my blinds to subtly awake me from my slumber.
As much as Winter I enjoy your fresh breath on my cheeks, your occasional white sprinklings and your festive times I’m afraid i’ve always had a better relationship with Spring. As such, this country casuals mood board echoes the early feel of spring time of farms and flowers, rustic charm and vintage touches. Casual Fun.
This makes me yearn for a cheeky little country jaunt, does it you?

I don’t think there are many wedding photographers that can say that they photographed their Dad’s wedding! What an honour. Here are a few special images from the day. My daughter was the flower girl, you may recognize her from when she performed the same delightful role at my sister’s wedding a couple of years ago. What a star!
She just had to be the first one to give Grandad a big hug!
She wasn’t sure about walking down the aisle at the beginning, so opted for leading them out instead!
Ooo…and there’s me!
Love you to bits Dad and Lesley! Congratulations xxx
A few weeks ago I had the sweetest email from Bec telling me she’d just got engaged to Gregory while they were on holiday in Ireland. She was about to fly back home to Australia leaving Gregory in London and wanted to know if there was anyway that they could book an engagement shoot before she left! How could I possibly say no?! We spent a lovely afternoon along the South Bank celebrating their engagement (and all things Anthropologie!)
Congratulations on your engagement guys! I hope you get to be together again very soon xx
On Tuesday 2nd March I have an exhibition of my recent botanical fine art prints at the Moseley Exchange in Birmingham. Also exhibiting will be Pete Ashton and Dan Burwood.
The opening is 7-9pm and it would be lovely to see you there!
This weekend was the official opening of my London studio and the launch of my lovely new website! I know lots of you have been waiting to see some images from my new spaces, so here goes. The stunning flowers are, of course, from my super talented friend Miss Pickering. I simply adore the Spring wreath on my front door. A perfect piece of hope while the weather is still so cold!
A big thank you to all of you who came along on Sunday. If you couldn’t make it but would like to be on my mailing list for future events please do let me know.
Wow…what can I say?! I spent Sunday, Valentine’s Day in London, with some of the loveliest, fun and generous couples ever! Thank you so, so much for coming along and helping me to raise lots of money for the Haiti Earthquake Appeal. I have raised over £500 so far and there will be more coming once you’ve all fallen in love with your photos and want to buy lots of prints!!
Here is a selection from the day!
Thank you again everyone! xx
At the end of January I went down to Brighton for the day to photograph my very good friends Karl and Lucy for their engagement shoot. I have been friends with Karl for almost 17 years, so this was a special shoot! The sun shone the whole day. It must have known!
Love you guys and can’t wait to shoot your wedding in April and then put on my dancing shoes and celebrate with you too!
xx
Interview in Photo Pro Magazine
A few weeks ago when I was busy organizing my Valentines for Haiti portrait shoot fundraiser I was asked by Photo Pro Magazine if they could feature it. I was thrilled as I would like to do a similar fundraiser again in the future and would love to involve other photographers, so having it featured in my favourite photography magazine sounded like a very good idea!
