Rebecca and Paul are married!
A few weeks ago I had the great pleasure of capturing the wedding of Rebecca and Paul at the beautiful Holy Trinity church in the centre of Coventry.
The church is just near the old cathedral, so we took the opportunity to take a few images there before heading on to the stunning Menzies Welcombe hotel [...]
Selina + Richard Engaged!
On Sunday a glimmer of Spring appeared and I was very pleased to have arranged an engagement shoot for Selina and Richard.
It was great to chat about their wedding plans too and I can’t wait to capture their special day at Stone Manor in April!

Capturing wedding moments like this…
…make my job the best job in world!
Yesterday I received this message from Heather, who got married last August:
hey emily, just having a nostalgic moment looking through the wedding photographs and was looking at the one of me, luce, mummy, daddy and my bridesmaids at the bottom of the stairs before the ceremony – [...]

A hint of Spring
As much as I love the magic of Winter, around this time of year I long for Spring. Fortunately a little bit of Spring arrived in my apartment last week (thank you Alex!), so I could add to my 2009 Botanical Collection with some yellow tulips.
I simply cannot wait for Spring to arrive now!

Newborn shoot
A few weeks ago this beautiful baby’s aunty emailed me to see if she could book a newborn shoot for her sister’s baby. I hesitated at first because my calendar was very full and I’d decided not to book any more portrait sessions until next Spring. However, being 34 weeks pregnant I couldn’t resist a [...]

Post-wedding shoot
A few weeks ago I photographed the wedding of Lindsey and Xen. As their wedding started at 4pm on a late October day we agreed to save their portrait shoot for a later date rather than trying to catch some fading light after the wedding ceremony. So, on Sunday they got all dressed up again [...]

Coming soon for Christmas!
I hate talking about Christmas too early but when it comes to getting orders out in time for clients I’m afraid I need to start thinking about it now!
Next week I will be launching my 2008 Christmas cards and a small series of limited edition botanical canvases perfect for giving something a little different and [...]
